• The iPhone app is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• NoiseStorage Plus is sold by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the iPhone's Settings; the free trial and prices are shown before you buy.
• The server and the Mac app are provided free of charge, as they are, without warranty.
• You run your own server. You are responsible for it, for its backups and for keeping your 24-word recovery phrase safe. Without the phrase, nobody can recover your data, by design.
• To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost data or for damage arising from the use of the apps or the server.
